Where can I find a refurbished Nokia N95? Also does the gps in it work independently of a carrier?

I love the Nokia N95 but dont want to spend $700. I dont mind buying it refurbished but cant seem to find any stores online. Can someone please help. Also, I know it has a built in gps, but can it work independently from my carrier? I dont want to have to pay for gps services. Thanks.
