What is the range of the ptt function in nokia?
I mean within what distance should the other person be so that we can talk to them?Or does the distance not matter at all?Or does it vary with the network provider?I have a nokia 6131 in case that matters.

the PTT feature actually is an enhanced walkie talkie function. The call is transmitted from the handset to the tower, then back down to the phone you are calling. You are only limited to the coverage area of your provider. I have PTT’d with a friend in Seattle while i was in Indianapolis.
