How do I transfer the contacts from my Nokia 6280 to my new Sony Ericsson k850i?

Is there an easier way? Please don’t tell me to re-enter one by one. Hahaha…
I know that Nokia PC suite can back up my content, but I don’t know how to transfer everything to a Sony Ericsson phone. Please help!
