Can the HTC Touch do everything a PDA does, aswell as be a phone with built in camera?

I am thinking about gettin the HTC Touch for christmas, but, can it do everything a normal PDA does aswell. Eg. run all the software PDA’s do etc. Also, doe sit have a memory card slot, to expand the memory some more?SmarterHotels: find accommodation online
