If I am currently with Verizon Wireless, should I get the Blackberry Storm or unlock the iPhone? Pros vs.Cons?

I know they are both 200, but which is more expensive monthly after internet and everything? How much is internet for each? What videos can you watch on the storm? By the way, I already have an itouch and like it but i may want something different….

  1. Get the storm.

Unlocking the iPhone and activating it with Verizon is an absolute hassle.

Minimum of $19.99 internet for the Storm. They would probably each come out to about the same price per month.

Getting the iPhone activating with Verizon will be torture. Save yourself the trouble and buy the BlackBerry.

Plus it’ll be something different, the iPhone and jailbroken iPod Touch are basically the same product.

    Good Luck.

  3. iphone has good internet capabilities, but i heard from iphone users that it is very poor and you can lose your connection while on the internet and the quality is poor and it doesnt take videos. this phone really isnt good for business people since the connection is very poor
the blackberry is pretty good and i think internet for verizon is about 1 dollar a day. the camera on it is pretty good and it can take video, unlike the iphone
but it’s really up to you..
just go to a verizon showroom or a apple store and just see which one is better for you

  5. Even if you unlock the iPhone it would not work on Verizon because it uses CDMA & the iPhone is a GSM phone.

    You should get the Storm.

    & I don’t have a clue what is “BMMING”

  6. Just go with an unlocked Blackberry. That gives you flexibility. there are some pretty good deals on this page.

  7. All these rumors about the iPhone Nano are making me wonder whether this will also be Apple’s inlet to Verizon. There are also rumors about the Storm being reintroduced with a slide-out QWERTY keyboard and WiFi capabilities later in 2009. Hope these rumors become reality, so Verizon customers can enjoy “good” phones!
