How to install Vietnamese language on the Nokia 6300?

My mum has a Nokia 6300 and I want to install Vietnamese on it so she can use the phone to a wider extent. Any suggestions on how to do so?
So what is re-flashing and how much does it cost? Is it a complicated process?

  1. You cannot install languages on a phone, such operation would require re-flashing phone’s firmware and can only be done at an authorised Nokia Care centre.
