How to import huge list of numbers into Nokia n70 without entering one by one?

I have list of 150 numbers (only digits) that i want to upload to my nokia n70 without typing for each contact name, etc.
I want to copy/paste a list of 150 numbers and only change names without having to go one by one copy/pasting and then sync with nokia pc suite.
