there are 2 ways for you to do it,

first, use your mobile browser to download the game, if gprs is setup properly, you should be able to go to google.com (mobile version) and look for the game you want, which i doubt is hard to find a free game nowadays

second option is use your pc suite.
go to < they offer lots of free java games that you can download, and use your pc suite to upload the game on your phone. you need a data cable or bluetooth device to do this.
and by the way, remeber your phone is under the series 40, only java games can be installed
