Try going to their website and see if you can get help from them. They have a customer service that will be more than willing to help you out. Afterall, you bought their expensive sunglasses and are willing to spend more to have it fixed, right?
Go to Nordstroms. Ask the girl at the Accessories counter if they’ve ever sold D&G. (They’ll say yes in most areas, cannot guarentee) Then say you have this pair of defective glasses (show them to the clerk) and tell them you want a refund or new glasses. It worked for me, with a pair of Dior glasses they didn’t even sell at the Rack (discounted Nordstroms merchandise) anymore, I got $285 for them).
try crazy glue
Take it back to where you bought them. They’ll know what to do.
