How do I get my Digital Audio Player to work on my Motorola Dolce & Gabbana V3i?

I’ve tried everything! My music is less than 192kbps and is set @ Constant Bit Rate (CBR) …NOT Variable Bit Rate (VBR).. I connect my phone to the USB, and drag the songs I want to listen to to my Mobile > Audio folder. The same thing keeps on happening though…When I try to play the songs I keep on getting: ERROR PLAY FAILED. Please help!!! I’m so annoyed by this!
I am using mp3 format.

  1. what format do you have the file in … although it says it will work the razr’s have a problems with wave files… my v3t(same phone only black) works fine in MP3 @ 160 Kbps…. if it still doesn’t work call Motorola @ 1-866-289-6686… don’t bother with you carrier cause thats a phone feature not a network thing
