How can I synchronize only selected Outlook contacts to my Nokia phone?

Does anyone have an idea how to select Outlook contacts to be synchronized with my Nokia phone?

I’ve just bought a Nokia N6500 and tried Nokia PC Suite to synchronize my contacts from Outlook. The problem is that it seems I can only synchronize all my Outlook contacts or none. As I don’t want to have my 500+ contacts in my phone, I’m trying to found out how to synchronize only selected contacts.
Any idea?

  1. you cannot synchronize the contacts selectively. here’s an option. create a new contacts folder on your microsoft outlook. move the contacts that you want to sync with your phone. then sync the phone to the computer. at least all you contacts will still be on outlook.
