I love their bodies! They are not too muscular, and not just thin. I am like just thin right now. Any workouts that I can do to get one of those bodies? they all pretty much have the same body, so any tips will be good.

if you’ve got a thin build start doing weight training with low weights and many repetitions.
see what’s the maximum you can lift for each exercise, then do 25 repetitions X 3 with 40-50% of the maximum weight. this will give you strong but not inflated muscles.
